Progress / Rough Cleaning

Removal of trash/dirt/small debris from the interior of the unit & dispose
Sweep interior/exterior
Remove temporary protection & labels not required
Scrape and wash inside and outside surfaces of all windows and sliding glass doors
Remove stickers and overspray from windows
Clean all windows / sliding glass door frames, sills/tracks

Window Cleaning - Inside/Out

Wash & scrape all windows
Wipe down all window framing
Wipe down all tracks and window sills

Strip & Refinish VCT Flooring

Scrub VCT Floor using an auto scrubber
Thoroughly rinse floor to remove any residue of cleaning or stripper solution.
Let floor dry completely.
Apply sealer coat
Apply 2 new finish coats
Dust-mop the floor

Dust mop floor
Mop on restorer product
Allow restorer to dry
Slowly burnish the VCT making sure the machine does not pause and cause burn spots
Rotate or replace the pad before it becomes soiled
Dust mop again when finished
Repeat the process on a regular schedule before the scuffs and wear degrade the finish

Carpet Cleaning

Vacuum thoroughly avoiding debris that will clog vacuum
Spray entire carpeted area
Leave on pre-spray and begin next step where the pre-spray was started
On the slowest buffer speed agitate entire carpeted area
Fill carpet extractor with warm to hot water
Go over carpet slowly with extractor
Vacuum once carpet is dry to remove any remaining debris
